CAE have purposely aimed all recruitment at experienced personnel with broad ranges of experience and proven track records in specialist fields. The majority of the team have more than 20 years experience and include a current Airbus UK delegated signatory for Fatigue and Damage Tolerance work. Experience includes both fixed wing and rotorcraft for both primary and secondary airframe and systems.

All personnel hold current security clearance with the MoD and have worked with the major OEMs both within the UK and abroad. The team has been hand picked to offer structural analysis to the highest standard within the short lead times now required by the industry, with the ability to work on both civil and military platforms.

Together with this technical ability the team has significant managerial experience including people who have offloaded structural analysis packages for major international companies. This experience means CAE appreciates the need to understand the customer requirements in more detail than purely a technical Statement of Work, and to keep that level of understanding as the product develops. By working closely with the customer, opportunities can be identified and realised that would be impossible otherwise.
